团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。 1、配合电路设计工程师完成相应BLOCK的版图工作； 2、可以独立完成相应版图的DRC/LVS/ERC等验证工作； 3、优化版图并减少寄生RC，优化EMIR，保证版图设计的可靠性； 4、与电路设计工程师充分沟通，确保版图符合设计者的要求。
岗位职责： 1.负责船舶动力定位系统控制算法的硬件在环调试和海上调试； 2.负责船舶及海工平台定位控制和运动补偿系统算法研究； 3.负责系统级（设备级）联合仿真系统算法研究； 4.负责国家、行业、公司等重大科研项目的技术攻关工作； 5.领导交办的其他相关工作。 Job Responsibilities： 1. Debug the hardware of the control algorithm for the vessel dynamic positioning system, and commissioning the system on sea-trail; 2. Research on the control algorithm of the dynamic positioning and the motion compensation for offshore platforms and vessels; 3. Research on the algorithm of the co-simulation system at system and device level; 4.
