岗位职责：
1.负责港口水平运输车辆的智能驾驶相关算法，感知、定位、融合、决策、规划、控制等技术研发工作；
2.负责港口水平运输车辆的智能驾驶相关算法及技术落地的方案实施。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the research and development of intelligent driving algorithms, perception, positioning, fusion, decision-making, planning, and control technologies for transportation vehicles in automated terminals;
2. Responsible for the implementation of intelligent driving algorithms and technology implementation plans for transportation vehicles in automated terminals.
任职要求
任职条件：
1.计算机、车辆工程、电子信息工程等相关专业博士学位，10年以上智能驾驶系统开发及相关行业经验；
2.具有前沿的技术洞察力和前瞻视野，有2个以上智能驾驶量产开发经验；
3.熟悉图像处理、机器学习、信号处理的基础知识，有较丰富的人工智能学习算法或项目开发相关经验；
4.熟悉摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达、高精地图及定位系统等产品特性；
5.熟悉智驾域控制器方案选型、硬件设计、软件设计、结构设计等方面的知识；
6.熟悉多感知融合算法，贝叶斯估计理论，滤波算法原理等方面的知识；
7.熟悉车辆的智能驾驶决策、轨迹规划和运动控制等方面的知识；
8.具有良好的组织、策划、权衡、规划、沟通谈判、协调及团队协作等能力。
Job Qualifications：
1. Major in computer, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, etc., and have more than 10 years of experience in intelligent driving system development and related industries;
2. Having cutting-edge technological insights and forward-looking perspectives, with at least 2 years of experience in mass production and development of intelligent driving;
3. Familiar with basic knowledge of image processing, machine learning, and signal processing, with rich experience in artificial intelligence learning algorithms or project development;
4. Familiar with product features such as cameras, millimeter wave radar, LiDAR, high-precision maps, and positioning systems;
5. Familiar with knowledge of intelligent driving domain controller scheme selection, hardware design, software design, structural design, etc;
6. Familiar with multi perception fusion algorithms, Bayesian estimation theory, filtering algorithm principles, and other related knowledge;
7. Familiar with knowledge of intelligent driving decisions, trajectory planning, and motion control of vehicles;
8. Have good organizational, planning, weighing, planning, communication and negotiation, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
