1.从事岸桥陆侧一键着箱功能的研发；
2.从事岸桥海侧一键着箱功能的研发；
3.从事场桥自动控制算法的研发；
4.研究基于吊具位姿状态预估的自动对箱控制策略。
Job Responsibilities：
1.Engaged in the research and development of the landside one-key landing function of Quayside Crane;
2.Engaged in the research and development of the seaside one-key landing function of Quayside Crane;
3.Engaged in the research and development of automatic control algorithms for Gantry Crane;
4.Research on the automatic container control strategy, which is based on the prediction of spreader posture state.
任职要求
任职条件：
1.熟悉基本控制算法的仿真和建模，熟悉PID控制，自适应控制,系统辩识，前馈算法，滤波，陷波等；
2.了解起重设备的运动控制特性；
3.精通C++编程，熟悉基本数据结构和算法；
4.熟悉matlab或python，具有一定控制仿真能力；
5. 有Linux/Unix环境下编程者优先
6. 有ROS开发及激光、视觉算法实施者优先；
7.具备良好的沟通能力和一定团队协作能力；
8.能适应根据项目需要委派国内外出差的工作安排。
Job Qualifications：
1.Familiar with the simulation and modeling of basic control algorithms, familiar with PID control, adaptive control, system identification, feedforward algorithm, filtering, notching, etc.;
2.Understand the motion control characteristics of lifting equipment;
3.Proficient in C++ programming, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms;
4.Familiar with MATLAB or Python, with certain control and simulation ability;
5.Linux/Unix programming is preferred;
6. ROS development, laser and vision algorithm implementers are preferred;
7.Have good communication skills and certain teamwork skills;
8.Able to adapt to the work arrangement of domestic and foreign business trips according to the needs of the project.
