AIoT User Experience Intern—Singapore

1. Research and report the user experience of current and future products, both in Mi Home APP and the smart products.2. Responsible for monitoring QMS(Quality Management system), and tracking troubleshooting for R&D to fix the issues.3. Regularly summarize the feedback analysis reports to improve the end user experience.4. Constantly innovate working methods, standardize working process, and improve work efficiency. 5. Mandarin is essential language.

1. At least 3 days a week in office, Preferred full-time candidate.2. A bachelor degree or above, prefer major in computer science, Data analytics or equivalent.3. Familiar or interest with MI Home APP and the smart products.4. Familiar with software testing method, clear bug priority and tracking process.5. Have feedback analysis and research ability, proficient in Excel, XMIND, etc.6.Excellent communication skills and ability to produce presentation documents.
