1、负责抖音内容理解算法类产品功能和基础内容特征体系的研发与应用，包括CV、NLP、音频等技术在短视频、直播、评论等场景的基础技术支持和落地应用； 2、主要工作方向包括： （1）负责短视频、直播、评论等场景的内容品类和意图识别建设； （2）负责短视频、直播、评论等场景的内容信息总结和关键信息的分析，建设行业领域知识信息； （3）负责多模态技术的研发与应用，提升多模态模型和LLM在业务上的具体表现。
负责抖音对话机器人场景中NLP技术的研发与应用，研究包括传统NLP技术、LLM技术在聊天机器人领域基础技术支持和落地应用。主要工作方向包括： 1、负责对客服、角色化对话机器人算法方向的通用NLP基础能力建设，包括但不限于数据建设、模型训练推理框架迭代、维护模型评估指标体系、建设通用NLP模型； 2、支持LLM、MLLM方向的新技术研究和落地应用，支持指令微调、强化学习相关算法需求； 3、建设基于LLM/MLLM技术的新一代的智能客服机器人，探索建设数字人技术在抖音落地应用。
1、围绕下一代研发平台实现从需求、编码、测试到上线的全流程Agent应用开发工作，推动AI技术在相关场景的落地与突破； 2、参与大模型应用开发全流程，包括但不限于模型接入、AI Agent开发、RAG优化、MCP及工具开发、数据、训练工程等； 3、跟踪AI领域的发展动态，推动Agent应用的持续优化。
1、探索GUI Agent在Web研发场景中的应用，通过Agent化能力提升开发、测试与运维效率，推动自动化测试方案（如Midscene.js）在跨平台场景中的落地与实践； 2、建设AI-Native的下一代Web研发体系： 1）设计到代码（Design to Code）； 2）Coding Agent； 3）研发流程自动化； 4）工程智能化工具链建设； 3、探索AI技术在Web Runtime与交互层的应用，优化用户操作体验，提升产品智能化与交互效率。
1、负责Android虚拟化底层开发，基于KVM/QEMU+RunC迭代虚拟安卓实例架构； 2、解决虚拟化平台稳定性疑难问题，完成系统性能调优、SELinux安全隔离改造； 3、Linux Kernel定制开发，Debian/Ubuntu宿主机服务开发与适配； 4、参与内核子系统优化：内存、CPU调度、文件系统、权限安全策略改造； 5、设计系统监控埋点，梳理指标数据，持续迭代优化虚拟化平台性能指标。

负责抖音对话机器人场景中NLP技术的研发与应用，研究包括传统NLP技术、LLM技术在聊天机器人领域基础技术支持和落地应用。主要工作方向包括： 1、负责对客服、角色化对话机器人算法方向的通用NLP基础能力建设，包括但不限于数据建设、模型训练推理框架迭代、维护模型评估指标体系、建设通用NLP模型； 2、支持LLM、MLLM方向的新技术研究和落地应用，支持指令微调、强化学习相关算法需求； 3、建设基于LLM/MLLM技术的新一代的智能客服机器人，探索建设数字人技术在抖音落地应用。
1、负责字节跳动数据平台Clickhouse/Doris等OLAP产品的SLA体系，容灾体系的建设，故障的自愈等，保障业务的持续可用； 2、为字节跳动集团的所有使用Clickhouse/Doris的业务持续提升服务质量，提升用户体验； 3、优化oncall的服务效率, 和产研团队直接合作，推进客户问题的解决，以及产品的持续优化； 4、负责字节跳动大数据产品的SRE平台的研发、自动化建设与持续迭代，引导产品的运维模式向数字化，智能化方向发展演进。
1、负责火山引擎海外、国内客户的一线服务支持，通过工单、邮件、群服务响应与处理问题，为客户提供高效优质的服务体验； 2、协助客户处理云产品相关产品咨询、技术排障等问题，针对复杂问题，协调技术专家或者产品研发合作，确保客户问题得到高效解决； 3、识别客户的紧急重要事件，识别客户投诉与抱怨，按照流程规范进行有效的升级处理；持续提升产品与技能专业度，不断提升问题首次解决率，降低客户对问题的沟通成本与等待时间； 4、收集用户反馈信息，汇总提炼，反馈产品出现的客户体验问题或者客户需求，推动产品不断优化； 5、协助推动流程、工具体系的优化，定期输出内外部分享/云基础方向培训，协助团队完善知识库内容。
团队负责数百万节点的云原生基础设施，支撑公司的所有产品线。目前在 kubernetes 集群管控技术，运行时资源优化，多云多集群，云原生基础设施稳定性保障方面都会比较深入的技术积累，并且开源有 kubebrain, katalyst 等云原生基础技术相关项目，团队持续围绕以资源并池，资源弹性为中心的基础技术研发和突破。 岗位职责 1、构建超大规模的 kubernetes 集群，推进系统架构演化和设计，持续优化管控系统在大数据/ML等场景下的性能和稳定性； 2、定义 kubernetes 集群的 SLO，持续优化端到端的延迟，分析性能瓶颈，输出解决方案，并推动上线和落地； 3、持续构建和完善 kubernetes 集群的可观测性，提升问题定位效率，并且建立可观测性数据仓库，通过数据驱动的方式优化集群性能。
