岗位职责
1.从事深水基础设计及研发开发；
2.独立完成深水基础结构的方案和施工图设计，并对结构的合理性做出分析和判断；
3.负责组织开展深水新型基础研发、深水基础应用技术研究等工作，提供专项技术咨询及技术指导；
4.负责撰写研发课题相关专利、科研报告、标准等；
5.致力于全球最前沿深水技术研究，参与国内外行业交流与合作。
1. Carry out design, research and developement for deepwater foundation works;
2. Be capable of independently working out deepwater foundation structure Program and Design and produce construction-related drawings. Make analysis and estimate of the structure's reasonability and feasibility;
3. Organize research and development on new deepwater foundation as well as study on deepwater foundation application techniques and other similar subjects. Provide technological consultation and instruction on specific topics;
4. Write reports, standards or other necessary documents on technological research, patent application with regards to related subject under research and development;
5. Be devoted to studying the most advanced deepwater technology across the globe and be involved in industrial exchanges and cooperations both in China and abroad.
任职要求
1.港口与航道工程、结构、岩土以及相关专业博士毕业；
2.五年以上水运工程工作经验（包含二年以上深水基础相关工作经验）；
3.熟悉结构设计、岩土勘察等相关标准，精通结构计算分析，熟练掌握有限元等分析软件；
4.具备较强的科技引领、技术创新能力；
5.正高级工程师、注册岩土工程师优先，有深水基础相关施工经验的优先，在相关领域发表过高水平论文或发明专利优先。
1. The Doctor's Degree on port and waterway engineering, structure engineering, geotechnical engineering or related engineering is required;
2. Have the experience of working on marine engineering for no less than five years (including at least two years of working on deepwater foundation works);
3.Be proficient in structure calculation and analysis. Be excellent in applying standards on structure design, geotechnical investigation and other related standards. Be skilled with Finite Element Analysis softwar;
4. Be fully competent in making technological innovations and taking the lead in scientific and technological development;
5. Priorities are given to the professor-level senior engineer, the registered geotechnical engineer, the one experienced in deepwater foudation construction, had high quality papers published on deepwater engineering or had the patent for invention.
