1.从事岩土工程、地基处理和地下工程的设计和研发工作； 2.独立完成岩土工程领域的科技研发工作，包括国内外岩土工程前沿技术的深度调查、汇报与引进，科技研发课题各阶段（从概念、立项、实施到结题）工作； 3.负责岩土工程相关工程项目的技术咨询和技术服务； 4.负责研发项目申报以及岩土相关知识产权保护工作； 5.负责专利应用、技术研发成果、优秀项目技术经验推广。 1. Engage in the design and development of geotechnical engineering, ground improvement, and underground engineering; 2. Independently carry out scientific research and development in the field of geotechnical engineering, including in-depth investigation, reporting, and introduction of cutting-edge technologies in geotechnical engineering both domestically and internationally, at various stages, covering conceptualization, project initiation, implementation, through completion; 3. Provide technical consultation and services for geotechnical-engineering related projects; 4. Responsible for project proposal development and protection of intellectual property rights related to geotechnical engineering; 5. Promote the application of patents, technological research and development achievements, and share technical experiences from outstanding projects.

1.岩土工程及相关专业博士毕业并取得学位； 2.专业基础知识扎实，熟练掌握岩土工程常用数值分析软件； 3.具有一定的科技创新能力； 4.研究方向为深部岩土工程、海洋岩土工程、环境岩土工程、岩土智慧感知以及岩土工程相关领域； 5.有高水平发明专利、论文者优先，注册岩土工程师优先。 1. Hold a Ph.D. degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field; 2. Possess a solid foundation in professional knowledge and proficiently use commonly used numerical analysis software in geotechnical engineering; 3. Demonstrate a certain level of scientific innovation capabilities; 4. Research focus on areas such as Deep Geotechnical Engineering, Marine Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Geotechnical Engineering, Geotechnical Smart Sensing, and other related fields; 5. Priority will be given to candidates with high-level invention patents and published papers, as well as those registered as Geotechnical Engineers.
