1、区域服务解决方案规划与问题识别：负责拉美区域买家、商家及达人服务方向的解决方案规划，根据业务优先级识别关键体验问题并制定改善方案；基于客户反馈、服务指标、用户进线数据、案例复盘及运营数据开展根因分析，识别系统性问题和长期改善机会； 2、解决方案设计与跨团队协作：设计并推动可规模化落地的流程、策略及产品解决方案，提升客户体验、问题解决效率和整体运营质量；与产品、治理、风控、物流、售后、支付及区域业务团队合作，将业务需求转化为产品优化需求和可落地的运营方案； 3、项目全生命周期管理与业务支持：负责跨团队项目的全生命周期端到端推进，包括问题定义、方案设计、资源协调、上线实施、效果监控及持续迭代，确保区域与全球相关团队充分对齐；支持新市场、新产品、政策调整及重大业务变化的服务准备工作，包括标准作业程序（SOP）、培训、质检、知识库、系统能力及升级机制等； 4、运营体系优化与效果监控：建立并优化运营流程、服务标准、升级路径、项目文档和最佳实践，提升区域服务运营的标准化和可复制性；监控解决方案上线后的业务表现，结合客户体验、风险、成本及运营效率评估实际效果，并推动后续优化； 5、跨区域协同与经验沉淀：建立拉美一线运营团队与中国产品及策略团队之间的反馈闭环，将区域业务需求和一线洞察转化为长期产品与服务能力；沉淀可复用的区域经验，并推动成熟解决方案在拉美不同国家及业务场景中的复制和推广。
Team Introduction The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are seeking a results-driven marketing manager to own end-to-end growth, promotions, and loyalty strategy for our consumer digital card business. You will lead the design and execution of innovative online rewards, cashback, and incentive programs to drive card adoption, usage, and retention, drawing on best practices from leading banks and fintech players. You will own core KPIs including monthly active cards (MAC), total payment volume (TPV), and customer lifetime value. Responsibilities: Strategy & Program Design - Develop and execute end-to-end card growth, promotion, and loyalty strategy focused on online-first rewards, in alignment with our digital-first value proposition - Own design of cashback structures, reward tiers, campaign mechanics, and incentive policies, reward validity periods, and redemption rules to maximize user engagement while optimizing ROI - Benchmark against industry best practices from global banks and leading fintechs to create differentiated rewards experiences that drive competitive advantage Growth Execution - Launch and iterate on targeted acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across e-commerce and other high-intent consumer touchpoints - Design segmented campaigns for new users, dormant users, and high-value users to drive continuous growth in MAC and TPV - Collaborate with product, operations, and payment network partners (such as Stripe, Visa, bank partners) to implement reward program infrastructure and ensure seamless user experience Measurement & Optimization - Define, track, and report on core business KPIs: monthly active cards (MAC), total payment volume (TPV), activation rate, retention rate, reward redemption rate, and program ROI - Build data-driven experimentation frameworks to A/B test program features, campaign creatives, and incentive structures, iterating rapidly to maximize performance - Conduct regular cohort analysis to identify high-value user segments and optimize reward allocation to maximize returns on marketing spend Partnership & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with commercial teams to align card benefits with merchant partner offerings, creating exclusive rewards that drive usage - Work with risk, finance, and compliance teams to ensure all programs adhere to regulatory requirements and financial sustainability targets - Manage relationships with payment networks and bank partners to leverage joint promotion opportunities
1.独立负责交易台夜盘股票、TRS交易、场外期权交易执行和风险对冲； Conduct the execution of overnight stock trades, TRS (Total Return Swap) trades and OTC option trades on the trading desk, as well as risk hedging. 2.独立负责交易台夜盘期间各类风险的监控及管理； Perform the monitoring and management of various risks during the overnight session on the trading desk. 3.同销售人员或客户持续进行业务沟通以帮助各类交易的执行； Communicate with sales personnel or clients to facilitate the execution of various trades. 4.独立负责交易台夜盘交易的簿记及核对； Ensure the booking and reconciliation of overnight trades on the trading desk. 5.同中班和白班交易员交接相关交易，共同完成全天候交易任务。 Coordinate with mid-shift and day-shift traders to hand over relevant trades, and complete trading tasks.

1.支持交易台各类资产如股、债、结构化票据、场外衍生品等的簿记、对账、结算工作； Support the booking, reconciliation and settlement of various assets on the trading desk, including equities, bonds, structured notes and OTC derivatives. 2.支持交易员执行交易前检查，包括投资者评级、产品评级、投资者适当性、产品匹配性等； Assist traders in performing pre-trade checks, including investor ratings, product ratings, investor suitability and product compatibility. 3. 向销售和客户解答各种产品簿记和结算上的问题和疑难； Address inquiries and resolve issues related to product booking and settlement for sales teams and clients. 4.协助标准化内部交易流程，制定各种交易手册，对销售场外衍生品业务的定期培训，提升销售对交易流程的熟悉程度； Assist standardize internal trading processes, develop trading manuals and conduct regular training for sales teams on OTC derivatives to enhance their familiarity with trading procedures. 5.与其他业务团队紧密合作，提升交易台数字化建设以及公司主导的其他项目需求； Collaborate with other business teams to advance the digitalisation of the trading desk and support other company-led initiatives closely. 6.完成交易团队负责人交办的相关工作。 Perform other duties as assigned by the trading team lead.
1.支持交易台日常簿记及结算流程，包括对手方支付结算、期权估值表和结算单发送、数据报送等； Support the trading desk’s daily booking and settlement processes, including counterparty payment settlements, the sending of option valuation statements and settlement reports, and data reporting. 2.协助交易台调拨交易账户资金； Assist the trading desk in allocating funds for trading accounts. 3.场外衍生品客户账户管理、协调客户DMA账户设置以及交易； Manage OTC derivative client accounts and coordinate client DMA account setup and trading. 4.对销售场外衍生品业务的定期培训，提升销售对WI交易业务流程的熟悉程度； Conduct regular training for sales staff on OTC derivative businesses to enhance their familiarity with the WI trading process. 5.与内部销售人员紧密联系，及时解决客户问题以及需求； Maintain close communication with internal sales personnel to address client issues and needs promptly. 6.与其他业务团队紧密合作，提升交易台数字化建设以及公司主导的其他项目需求。 Collaborate with other business teams to advance the trading desk’s digitalisation and support other company-led initiatives closely.
一.根据客户提供的提单确认件,在截单时间前进行提单确认并及时向船公司提供截单所需的相应资料，妥善处理提单确认的相关事宜。 二.确保船公司ESI正确接收，及时对格式件进行核对并回传。 三.船开后及时签回提单，复印扫描留底后，妥善保管和交接提单。 四.处理提单确认后的更改电放船证明等事宜并通知核算进行费用登记。 五.整理相关文件并妥善的进行归档。
对接客户，接收订舱委托，整理核对截单资料等；跟进货物运输节点，录入系统，同步货物状态，做好消息上传下达；协助对账，完成部门交办的其他辅助工作。

1、处理公司日常法律事务，包括合同审查、修改和起草，确保合同条款符合法律法规要求，维护公司合法权益。 2、参与公司重大项目、经营决策的法律风险评估，并提供法律意见和建议，有效防范法律风险。 3、协助处理公司涉及的各类纠纷，配合律师或相关部门进行证据收集、沟通协调等工作。 4、对公司运营中的法律问题进行研究和分析，关注法律法规的变化，及时向公司内部相关部门传达最新信息，确保公司运营符合法律规定。
