1、Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Retail BU to support strategic decision-making and business performance optimization. 2、Conduct in-depth financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to evaluate business initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency within retail operations. 3、Partner closely with logistics, settlement, and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data flow, timely month-end close, and compliance with internal controls. 4、Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, supply chain, and platform teams to align financial insights with operational execution and identify cost-saving or revenue-enhancing opportunities. 5、Develop and maintain key financial and operational KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses tailored to the retail environment, enabling real-time business monitoring and agile response.

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a strong plus. 2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, with at least 2 years specifically in a retail or omnichannel commerce environment. 3、Solid understanding of logistics operations, settlement processes, and accounting principles as applied in high-volume retail or e-commerce settings. 4、Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. 5、Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
