Corporate Real Estate Project Manager (PMO) - Corporate Real Estate

The Global Location Strategy team aims to define and deploy strategies that support our global expansion and regional business growth. Our consultants and analysts are responsible for comprehensive research and analysis of Global Real Estate markets, whilst leading our real estate business strategy development and roll-out. Responsibilities - Coordinate departmental meetings and dedicated programs, including agenda planning, materials preparation, on-site coordination, and post-meeting follow-up, to ensure efficient execution and delivery. - Regularly collect and track project progress, produce weekly/monthly reports, identify risks and issues, align with management on overall project status, and drive timely resolution and closure. - Document lessons learned and best practices, optimize project management processes, and continuously improve the department's project management capabilities.

Minimum Qualification(s) - Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to use English as a working language. - Excellent communication, coordination, and writing skills, with strong logical analysis and process optimization capabilities. Preferred Qualification(s) - Data analysis skills - Able to collaborate effectively across teams and drive end-to-end execution - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and learning agility. Team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
