Position for Equity Financing Business Development and Execution(J19269)

1.Supervise Deal Team on HK lPO projects, ensuring effective coordination and execution. 2.Participate in making key decisions related to due diligence, proactively identify key risk areas and develop effective strategies to mitigate those risks. 3.Define the scope and depth of due diligence works,critically evaluate the findings, and ensure all identified issues are adequately addressed. 4.Respond promptly to enquiries from regulators such as the SFC and/or the HKEX, and provide professional advice to listing applicants.

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high.moral values. 2.Bachelor's degree or above. 3.Currently a Responsible Officer and Signing Principal of a licensed corporation. 4.In-depth knowledge on Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements. 5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 6.Demonstrated integrity and adherence to high professional standard. 7.Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
