1.独立负责交易台夜盘股票、TRS交易、场外期权交易执行和风险对冲； Conduct the execution of overnight stock trades, TRS (Total Return Swap) trades and OTC option trades on the trading desk, as well as risk hedging. 2.独立负责交易台夜盘期间各类风险的监控及管理； Perform the monitoring and management of various risks during the overnight session on the trading desk. 3.同销售人员或客户持续进行业务沟通以帮助各类交易的执行； Communicate with sales personnel or clients to facilitate the execution of various trades. 4.独立负责交易台夜盘交易的簿记及核对； Ensure the booking and reconciliation of overnight trades on the trading desk. 5.同中班和白班交易员交接相关交易，共同完成全天候交易任务。 Coordinate with mid-shift and day-shift traders to hand over relevant trades, and complete trading tasks.

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质； Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour. 2.毕业于国内外院校，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机及相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines. 3.具备1-3年金融行业相关从业经验，具备衍生品交易相关的从业经验； 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial industry. Proven experience in derivatives trading. 4.熟悉掌握境内外（包括欧美主要市场）二级市场相关交易规则和知识，具备相关衍生品产品结构、法律框架、交易、簿记、结算流程的相关知识； Mastery of secondary market trading rules and knowledge in both domestic and overseas markets, including European and US markets. Sound knowledge of derivative product structures, legal frameworks, trading, booking and settlement processes. 5.有较强的英语听说读写译能力以及语言表达能力、文字处理能力； Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，执行力和抗压能力； Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit. Demonstrated execution capability and the ability to work under pressure. 7.具备证券从业资格。 Hold a securities industry licence.
