1.负责交易台场外衍生品或结构化产品的交易询价、定价、交易执行； Responsible for handling trade inquiries, pricing and execution of OTC derivatives or structured products for Wealth Management clients. 2.负责交易台各类风险的监控及管理； Responsible for monitoring and managing various types of risks on the trading desk. 3.制定业务开展策略、定价原则以优化业务效率； Develop business strategies and pricing principles to optimise business efficiency. 4.对销售人员开展培训，同销售人员持续进行业务沟通以帮助各类交易的执行； Conduct training for sales staff and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate the execution of various transactions. 5.同各后台部门联络沟通以确保日常业务顺利开展； Liaise with various back-office departments to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. 6.同各业务部门及后台部门沟通合作以推出新业务； Collaborate with various business and back-office departments to launch new business initiatives. 7.在交易组内相互支持，以帮助团队顺利、准确地完成交易任务。 Provide mutual support within the trading team to ensure smooth and accurate completion of trading tasks.

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质； Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour. 2.毕业于国内外院校，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机及相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines. 3.具备3-5年金融行业相关从业经验，具备编程技能者优先考虑； 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry. Proficiency in programming is a plus. 4.高度自律，具备极强的责任心，对工作细节一丝不苟； Highly self-disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail. 5.优秀的团队合作精神，能适应高效、快节奏的工作环境，并在压力下保持稳定输出； Strong team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 6.逻辑清晰，分析能力强，对金融市场动态及趋势有敏锐的洞察力； Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends. 7.出色的沟通、表达及人际交往能力，能够进行富有影响力的陈述与演讲； Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. 8.具备优秀的中英文书面及口语能力，普通话流利者优先； Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. 9.具备证券从业资格或香港RA牌照。 Hold a securities industry licence or a Hong Kong RA licence.
