Job Responsibilities 工作职责 1.Assist overseas investment managers and other business personnel in the establishment, implementation, and continuous iteration and optimization of fundamental systems. Analyse rule logic based on real-world overseas business scenarios, and ensure that systems are aligned with evolving business development needs. 负责协助海外投资经理等业务人员开展基本制度的建设、落地、常态化迭代优化工作，结合海外业务实际场景梳理规则逻辑，推动制度适配业务发展需要。 2.Understand the underlying logic and key drivers of various overseas business models. Conduct quantitative analysis based on business data, and provide the necessary data support and analytical insights for performance-policy revisions, rule evaluation, and scenario simulation. 理解海外各项业务模式底层逻辑及驱动因素，基于业务数据开展相关测算工作，为相关绩效政策修订、规则评估、方案推演提供必要的数据支持与分析结论。 3.Participate in performance-related process management and daily operations. Continuously improve performance operation supporting materials through ledger maintenance, process optimization, digital transformation, and documentation, thereby ensuring the stable and orderly operation of the performance system. 负责参与绩效相关流程管理与日常运营工作，根据绩效相关台账维护、流程优化、线上化、文档沉淀等工作，持续完善绩效运营配套材料，保证绩效体系稳定有序运行。 4.Assist in the communication and roll out of performance policies, and provide business support by addressing inquiries and facilitating discussions. Ensure timely information sharing, gather feedback, and coordinate issue resolution. 负责协助绩效政策的宣讲、业务沟通答疑工作，做好信息同步、意见归集与问题协调。 5.Undertake other performance operation-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors. 负责其他绩效运营相关工作或上级交办的其他工作。
