Operations Senior Analyst

1.Responsible for merchant operation, daily business metric monitoring and delivery of merchant performance KPIs. 2.Conduct in-depth business analysis, diagnose operational problems and deliver effective optimization strategies. 3.Drive iteration and optimization of merchant-side operation tools and systems. Identify pain points from B-end merchants, deliver implementable optimization solutions, and follow up full function launch and implementation.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, 1-3 years of experience in internet user operation or product operation. O2O or ride-hailing industry experience is preferred. 2.Strong logic and data analysis skills. Proficiency in SQL is a plus. 3.Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
