CRM产品运营经理-电销方向

岗位职责
In this role you will be...
- Spend time where the work happens. You will shadow sellers, onboarding specialists, farmers, and managers to analyze how they use Gattaran and map the friction from lead intake through hunting and farming.
- Bring order to requests, incidents, frontline feedback, and usage data. Not every complaint needs a feature; part of the role is finding the underlying workflow, data, or product problem
- Build and maintain the area backlog for the CRM. Prioritize it with business, product, and engineering leaders based on user impact, business value, urgency, dependencies, and effort. Prepare the BRD’s once needed.
- Decide whether a need calls for a process change, configuration, automation, integration, or new development. Own the business design and, where CRM allows, the configuration itself; for larger builds, write clear workflows, rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Keep delivery moving from discovery to release. Coordinate refinement, decisions, dependencies, risks, and status across local and global teams, and document the choices that shape each release.
- Lead business validation and UAT. Use representative scenarios and frontline users to test fields, permissions, automations, integrations, and reports; track defects through resolution.
- Plan pilots and rollouts with co-related areas and commercial leaders. Teams need to understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to use the new workflow.
- Once a feature goes live, stay close to it. Monitor adoption, data quality, workflow completion, support issues, and business impact; iterate when the expected value does not materialize.
- Define a practical scorecard for the CRM, covering active usage, task completion, stage accuracy, time saved, manual touches, handoff quality, and the downstream effect on conversion and restaurant activity.
任职要求
*We are eager to be in touch with you because you have...:
- At least five years in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems, CRM Operations, or a closely related role in a technology environment.
- A track record of improving software used by operational or commercial teams. You have taken messy business problems through discovery, build, testing, rollout, and adoption, and can point to the result.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, workflow tools, or other internal products. You understand pipelines, stages, tasks, permissions, integrations, and why data quality is part of the product.
- The ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear workflows, user stories, business rules, data requirements, and acceptance criteria. Familiarity with agile delivery is expected; rigid ceremony is not.
- Strong analytical fluency. You are comfortable using product usage, funnel, and operational data to size a problem and measure impact. SQL or hands-on BI experience is a plus.
- Experience planning UAT, releases, and adoption across a large user base. You know that a technically correct feature can still fail in the operation.
- Systems thinking and enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and AI with Engineering, even if you are not the person writing the code.
- Clear judgment and communication. You can challenge a request, explain a trade-off, and keep business and technical teams aligned without hiding behind jargon.
- Advanced English for day-to-day work with global product teams and local users.
- Experience in marketplaces, delivery, SaaS, or another high-volume operation is a plus. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
