需要出差或者外派埃及开罗 1. Lead and develop the PAX & DRV growth team, owning strategy across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, conversion, retention) for both riders and drivers 2. Run in-depth quantitative analysis and generate deep user insights to identify and size growth opportunities 3. Design, run and interpret A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale what works 4. Drive product iteration by turning insights into requirements and partnering closely with Product and Engineering 5. Build models and dashboards to track key growth metrics (CAC, conversion, retention, LTV) and present recommendations to senior leadership 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing and Finance to improve unit economics and marketplace health

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related); fluency in both English and Mandarin 2. 4+ years in growth, strategy, data analytics or consulting, including experience leading or mentoring others; mobility, delivery, marketplace or consumer-tech exposure is a plus 3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills — proficient in SQL and Excel (Python/R a plus); able to turn complex data into business decisions 4. Proven user-insight and product-iteration capability — combining data and research to understand users and shipping improvements that move key metrics 5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management — able to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership 6. Self-motivated with strong ownership; drives solutions end-to-end in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
