• Conduct diagnostic research in macro supply & demand and user persona to achieve business goals • Develop & align core decision-making frameworks across multi-functional teams, and propose feasible strategies • Facilitate quantitative analysis to support regional operation and product development • Present analytical results to the leadership team • Collaborate with other teams to implement & evaluate tests in order to understand different strategy use-cases and refine framework by scenarios

• Master's degree (highly preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar disciplines • 1 - 5 year's experiences working in data science or business analytics related field • Strong proficiency in query language (e.g. SQL) and programming skills (e.g. Python, R) • Knowledge in Machine Learning, Causal Inference and Optimization Methodology is a plus • Strong presentation skills in Mandarin and English
