1. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, partnering with business team & Finance internal to ensure accuracy and reasonableness. 2. Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, and risks. 3. Lead monthly closing on management report; perform analysis on trends, variances, and ROIs, etc. and deliver actionable insights. 4. Identify cost optimization opportunities and challenge spending to improve ROI. 5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align financial and business goals. 6. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls; drive process improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 2. 5+ years of related experience. 3. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and AI tools. 4. Experience in expense management, budget control, and cost optimization; familiar with expense policies, approval workflows, and management reporting dimensions. 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 6. Strategic thinker, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 7. Professional fluency in English and Chinese, preferably with study or working experience abroad.
