Regional Global Payroll Lead

1. Responsible for Europe&CIS countries global payroll daily operations, ensure high accuracy and timely delivery. 2. Conduct payroll operation but no limited to monthly payroll report check, monthly payroll movements data collection and check, handle monthly payroll related payments. 3. Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure high quality service delivery. 4. Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team to ensure smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment, etc. 5. Support payroll projects. 6. Manage Europe and CIS payroll team.

1. Human Resource Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above. 2. 5+ years relevant HR payroll/C&B working experience in big multinational company or payroll vendor, payroll experience of Europe skills is preferred. 3. Strong communication skills and time management ; Detail and result-oriented. 4. Fluent English in written and spoken is a must.
