Global Payroll Operations

岗位职责
1. Responsible for global payroll daily operations, ensure high accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Conduct payroll operation but no limited to monthly payroll report check, monthly payroll movements data collection and check, handle monthly payroll related payments.
3. Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.
4. Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team to ensure smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment, etc.
5. Support payroll projects.
任职要求
1. Human Resource Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above.
2. 3-5 years relevant HR payroll/C&B working experience in big multinational company or payroll vendor.
3. Strong communication skills and able to manage multiple tasks; Detail and result-oriented.
4. Fluent English in written and spoken is a must.
5. Preferred global payroll experience of oversea countries.
