Xiaomi EV - Vehicle Dynamics Engineer

1. Establish and apply vehicle dynamics simulation environment. 2. Develop and execute virtual and physical vehicle dynamics layout and calibration. 3. Develop and calibrate vehicle dynamics control algorithms. 4. Develop and calibrate energy management strategies. 5. Liaison interface with powertrain team. 6. Perform studies and develop systems of the vehicle. 7. Lead and take responsibility of partial projects. 8. Use and develop methodologies for efficient, goal oriented development.

1. Proven track record in the above mentioned field(s) and/or methodology. 2. Minimum of 6 years professional experience. 3. Fluent written and spoken English (report language). 4. Willingness to travel. *Note: Please attach your CV in English.
