Responsibilities 1. Assist the China headquarters in formulating the construction plan for the stores of the German Delivery Center, including the formulation of project schedules, cost budgets, quality standards and compliance plans, ensuring full compliance with Germany's construction qualification classification requirements and environmental protection standards. 2. Be responsible for the full-life-cycle execution of the project, coordinate external partners such as design units, construction parties and supervision institutions, strictly control the construction progress, project quality and safety specifications, and efficiently handle on-site emergencies. 3. Participate in the full-process contract management of the project, including organizing bidding work, selecting high-quality suppliers, promoting contract negotiations and supervising performance; strictly control the compliance of subcontract management, avoid the risk of illegal subcontracting; optimize the supply chain configuration based on the practical experience of Sino-German cooperative projects, and improve resource utilization efficiency. 4. Coordinate the project cost control and risk management work, regularly conduct progress reports and cost accounting, establish and improve a risk early warning mechanism, formulate response plans and report to the Engineering Headquarters in a timely manner; focus on preventing compliance difference risks and cultural adaptation risks in the context of Sino-German cooperation. 5. Serve as the core contact person between the Chinese team and local German institutions, be responsible for communication and coordination with relevant units such as the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR), local municipal departments and energy agencies, ensuring that the project fully complies with Germany's relevant legal requirements such as labor protection, environmental protection and data security.

【Role Overview】 As a Project Leader in Design Modeling, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering high-quality design models that translate creative visions into physical and digital representations. The Role: We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel responsible for our European Automotive Business Line in a highly dynamic and international environment. The position will be based in Munich (Germany). You will support the automotive business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. The position is the first of its kind in Europe dedicated to Xiaomi's Automotive Business Line. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced generalist who has rich experience in the automotive industry (preferably OEM). The ideal candidate may develop into a team leader role managing additional Legal Counsel across Europe supporting Xiaomi´s European Automotive Business Line. The position will include the following tasks: 1. Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations. 2. Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts. 3. Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates. 4. Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns. 5. Communication with Regulatory Authorities. 6.
