This role primarily focuses on flow execution and client-facing business, covering A-share index futures, index baskets, and related Delta One products. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in China A-share market microstructure and derivatives rules with exceptional client-facing skills, agile decision-making, and strong risk management capabilities under pressure. 主要职责 | Key Responsibilities 客户指令执行与Flow交易： 以高精度、低跟踪误差执行 A 股股指期货、指数互换及底层现金指数一篮子股票/ETF 的客户指令。 为指数互换产品及Flow交易向机构客户提供具有竞争力的双边报价。 与机构客户、销售、产品及相关方建立并维护良好关系，确保交易执行与沟通顺畅。 Client Execution & Flow Trading: Execute daily client orders across A-share index futures, index swaps and underlying cash index baskets/ETFs with high precision and low tracking error. Provide competitive pricing and two-sided quotes for index-linked products, swaps, and flow trades to institutional clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, sales, structurers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless flow execution and communication. 风险管理与交易台维护： 管理客户交易及对冲带来的交易台实时风险敞口。 在股指期货、现金股票及 ETF 之间执行动态对冲策略，在风险限额内维持市场中性头寸。 负责交易台日常账户运营、现金流管理、保证金监控及交易全生命周期维护。 Risk Management & Desk Maintenance: Manage real-time desk exposure resulting from client flows and book positions. Execute dynamic hedging strategies across index futures, cash equities, and ETFs to maintain market-neutral positions within risk limits. 1. Work alongside the existing IB team in Singapore and colleagues in China (including HK), other Southeast Asian countries and internationally. 2. This role has a focus on M&A, advisory on strategic investments and private fund-raising/financial sponsor coverage across the Southeast Asia region, relevant past experience is highly desired. 3. Maintain frequent coverage on financial sponsors, local corporates to discover, incubate and execute relevant transactions. 4. Support and participate in new business originations. 5. Lead junior bankers in transaction executions and facilitate efficient collaborations with relevant colleagues in different international offices. 6. Prepare and deliver client presentations. 7. Direct key aspects of business and financial due diligence, as well as drafting of marketing materials. 8. Review and negotiate transaction documentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely legal advice on the full scope of operations for CICC Singapore and other CICC offices in Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Providing legal support to management and business units on applicable laws and regulations, and participating in new business initiatives alongside business and risk teams. • Handling investment banking transactions, including reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents. • Developing and maintaining strong awareness of legal and regulatory developments within CICC by keeping management and employees informed of relevant legal updates. • Establishing appropriate training programs, and creating or updating policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes, including developments in financial services regulation. • Exercising sound business and legal judgment while demonstrating the highest degree of professionalism in dealings with clients and colleagues. • Providing legal advice and daily operational support to various business units within CICC Singapore and other Southeast Asia offices. • Providing support to the CEO of CICC Singapore. • Collaborating with legal teams in other jurisdictions.
1) Review various research products (reports, financial models, podcasts, videos, communications etc.) for content quality and adherence to relevant regulations and business standards. Supervisory analysts evaluate research products with respect to logic, organization, and valuation methodology; ensure clarity and internal consistency. 2) Provide approval in a timely manner, for research products to be distributed to investors. 3)Collaborate closely with research analysts, legal, and compliance teams to resolve issues, provide guidance on daily operating procedures, and offer training on compliance standards. 4) Facilitate research product production, internal communication and solve problems if any. 5) Assist other quality control related tasks if needed.

Job description • Assist in KYC and client onboarding related compliance checks and monitoring • Help perform Anti-Money Laundering checks using the vendor system tools for overnight screening • Assist in handling any other work as required for the operation of the Firm’s businesses conducted from Hong Kong and elsewhere • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time Knowledge • Prior experience in KYC and/or AML in the financial services industry will be an advantage.
