About the Team: The Search team is dedicated to building a fully managed, one-stop platform for information retrieval and analytics. Deeply compatible with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, and Milvus, the platform serves four core scenarios—GenAI applications, search, security, and observability—and provides comprehensive capabilities across full-text search, vector search, geospatial search, and hybrid search. We are also building next-generation Agentic Search products, including RAG, AI-powered search, and multimodal retrieval, continuously pushing the boundaries of intelligent search technology. We are deeply involved in the open-source ecosystem and have contributed hundreds of PRs across the OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Lucene, and Milvus communities. Several members of our team hold key leadership roles in these communities, including Governing Board Member, Technical Steering Committee Member, PMC Member, and Maintainer, helping shape the evolution of the broader search and database ecosystem through sustained technical contributions. On the business side, we not only provide reliable infrastructure for some of ByteDance’s largest-scale vector and full-text hybrid search workloads, but also deliver enterprise-grade cloud search services to external customers through Volcano Engine, helping businesses unlock growth through data. 团队介绍：风控团队由算法、工程、产品三大团队协同构成，为抖音、今日头条、豆包、剪映等字节跳动业务的内容、交易、流量、账号场景提供智能风控，服务十亿级用户；场景对抗性极强、推理链路长、多模态数据海量，是 AI 时代最有挑战的实战领域之一。算法团队推进 LLM/MLLM 与 Agentic AI 的工业化落地，构建下一代智能风控基建；工程团队依托高并发、大数据与大模型，搭建端云一体的多层对抗体系与情报预警；产品团队评估业务风险、制定策略、探索 AI 在风控中的边界。三线协同，打造高效、前瞻的智能风控防线。 1、负责策略引擎系统、平台的设计与实现，支持字节跳动各产品线（抖音短视频、电商、直播、生活服务、用户增长等）的风控需求； 2、负责高性能、高并发、低延迟的后台系统持续优化和演进； 3、面向超大规模数据问题，每日处理千亿增量的； 4、负责风控Agent应用和基建建设，调研和跟踪AI行业的技术趋势，结合风控业务探索AI解决方案的落地，打造具备自演进能力的下一代智能风控架构； 5、结合业界AI编程和提效的最佳实践，推动风控工程研发开发流程的迭代和效率的提升。
