1.协助制定生产技术管理制度，编制或修订技术操作规程、作业指导书，严格执行并进行监督、检查及纠正非规范操作； 2.参与工程施工合同的审核及谈判，保证项目按照技术规范、合同专用条款科学有序开展工作； 3.负责跟进施工进度计划的实施，并根据实际施工情况及时进行调整； 4.负责项目分包、物资、设备、文明施工、项目阶段性验收、竣工验收等工作； 5.负责项目质量、安全、成本管控； 6.协助项目负责人及解决施工中出现的问题。

1、全面掌握城乡规划和园林景观设计相关知识、熟悉城乡规划和园林景观行业的最新技术； 2、有能力担任项目负责人，负责城乡规划、项目前期策划、园林景观项目的总体组织、生产、协调； 3、能够熟悉项目设计各阶段，前期可研、初设、方案设计、施工图等阶段的设计工作内容及指导工作开展； 4、负责审核各项目编制的主要实施性设计技术方案；

（1）负责并协调所管项目的进度、质量、成本等相关事务，从项目开工、生产制造、安装调试、最终交付及项目收尾关闭； （2）负责编制项目总体进度计划、节点计划、成本计划，并协调、监督、执行； （3）负责对成本切块后的项目总体成本控制，监督过程动态成本及项目运程过程中的二次经营工作； （4）协调好与业主、总包、监理等单位，相关业务及职能部门等各方面的关系； （5）完成领导交办的其他工作。
